# Flexotech Supreme Award for Adara Pakkaus

Adara Pakkaus Oy won its category and the overall top prize, the Supreme Award, at the FlexoTech Awards 2026 in London. Sweden’s Optipack AB reached the final. Marvaco is a partner to both in prepress.
Adara’s winning entry is Boulangerie Marco’s cake box, printed in four colours on corrugated board in the Corrugated post-print E and F flute category. The same box also won Best of Show at the FTA Excellence in Flexography Awards in the United States in April.
“We knew we had produced a very good print, but we certainly did not expect recognition like this. I am really proud of the whole team, and especially our press operators,” says Lari Seppälä, Head of Printing, Adara Pakkaus Oy.
The cake was photographed at the customer’s premises, and the artwork was created jointly by Boulangerie Marco, Adara and Marvaco. The job was printed three times before the final version. Every stage, from photography to print approval, shaped the result.
“Results are not born from individual projects but from long-term partnership. I especially value Adara’s open-minded attitude to pushing the limits of production, even with demanding designs,” says Mirva Koskinen, Commercial Director, Marvaco Oy.
Optipack AB was a finalist in the Flexible packaging on paper category with Zoégas Västkust. Marvaco AB was a partner in prepress.
